Norway regrets Russia´s recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre has formally denounced Russia´s recognition of the two separatist provinces in Georgia that sparked this month´s hostilities between Georgia and Russia.
