Ahtisaari finally wins his own Nobel Peace Prize
Martti Ahtisaari was considered a perennial candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize, and said on Friday that he was pleased to have received it. The Norwegian Nobel Committee said Ahtisaari has spent his entire adult life working for peace and reconciliation. |
