Norway's emissions growing
Norway has sent its prime minister and two other top ministers to Bali for the international climate conference that begins this week, but the country doesn't have much to brag about. New figures show that Norway's carbon emissions per capita are much higher than neighboring Sweden's, and next year they'll be the highest ever. |
