Nobel host Norway in awkward spot of its own
Nobel Peace Prize winner Al Gore praised Norway on Sunday for being "among the leaders" in the fight to stop climate change. As an oil- and gas-producing nation, however, Norwegian officials are wrestling with high carbon emissions at home, and ongoing criticism that they're not always practicing what they preach. |
