Olympic bid on thin ice
The grumbling within Norway started as soon as Tromsø was chosen as the country´s candidate for the Winter Olympics in 2018. There´s been infighting among those fronting the bid, and the state has yet to post a critical financial guarantee, but the government minister in charge claims he supports the Olympic effort. |
