´No single factor´ behind fatal vessel accident
A commission that´s investigated the capsizing and sinking of the offshore vessel Bourbon Dolphin
last year blames ´no single factor´ for the accident. The commission, however, strongly criticized the vessel´s owner and the operator of the rig that the vessel was assisting. |
