Thousands of teachers and nurses walk off the job
Some state workers agreed to new wage packages, but a strike at the township level that´s affecting schools and health care services in several communities all over Norway started on Monday. Marathon negotiations in Oslo over the weekend, meanwhile, also ended in a strike by 500 workers. |
