First ´Kavli Prizes´ awarded
Seven "pioneering" scientists have won the first research prizes funded by Norwegian-American multi-millionaire Fred Kavli. He earned a fortune developing sensors for the air, automobile and space industries, and now he´s using his money to promote more scientific development. |
