Some cooperation to continue between Norway and Russia
Norway and Russia will likely continue to cooperate on civil emergency preparedness, even though the Russians are halting all military cooperation with NATO, of which Norway is a member. "But it´s been a long time since relations have been so poor" between the two countries, notes a foreign policy expert. |
